Job Title: Sales Associate

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in the success of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized sales floor, replenishing merchandise, and assisting customers with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and easily accessible.
  • Replenish merchandise as needed, ensuring that the sales floor is always fully stocked.
  • Assist customers with their purchases, answering questions and providing recommendations as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using cash register systems and other technology as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
