Retail Cashier

Job Description:

The Retail Cashier plays a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, ensuring accurate transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, assisting customers with their purchases and answering questions about products and services
• Keep the store floor clean and organized, restocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising displays
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs

Requirements:

• Able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly around the store floor
