We are in search of a seasoned Senior Financial Reporting Specialist to join our TAG accounting and reporting team. In this capacity, you will collaborate with various brands within TAG to enhance efficiency and implement best practices in Workday functionality. Your expertise in Workday, comprehensive knowledge of Workday Financials, and relationship management skills will be pivotal to your success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a drive for results, a growth mindset, and a commitment to innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop Workday reports, report groups, dashboards, and analytics to fulfill company reporting requirements.

· Ensure the verification and maintenance of Workday financial reports for timely and accurate financial reporting to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual requirements.

· Oversee the maintenance of Financial Data Model (FDM), including companies, cost centers, spend categories, custom worktags, account posting rules, and custom validations.

· Collaborate with other Workday Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) such as HRIS, Procurement, Integrations, FP&A (Adaptive), and IT.

· Stay informed about the latest Workday releases, features, and functionalities, sharing insights with the team.

· Facilitate the integration of future TAG brands into the Workday ecosystem as needed.

· Enhance reporting capabilities within Workday by leveraging Prism.

· Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

· A minimum of 3 years' experience with Workday, particularly focusing on Workday Financials.

· Prior experience as a consultant or lead on Workday Finance implementation(s).

· Certification in Workday Pro Financials, Workday Report Writer, and Workday Security is advantageous.

· In-depth knowledge of Workday Finance modules and best practices.

· Familiarity with Workday security and role-based permissions.

· Strong understanding of finance business processes and systems, emphasizing transformation and optimization.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
