Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent experience of 10 years in a relevant field.

Technical Proficiencies:

(Required)

• Proficient in design, detailing, and releasing processes.

• Experience with Creo and solid modeling software.

• Ability to interpret Engineering Drawings, 1E Specifications, and GD&T standards.

(Desired)

• Experience in undercarriage and structures design.

• Knowledge of hydraulic systems.

Interpersonal Skills:

(Required)

• Strong initiative and self-motivation.

(Desired)

• Ability to collaborate with global clients, suppliers, and process partners.

• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills in hydraulic, structural, and mechanical systems.

• Excellent analytical capabilities.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
