Role Overview:

As a Urogynecology Physician, you will:

  • Provide a comprehensive range of urogynecology services, including medication management, office procedures, pelvic floor therapy, and various surgical interventions such as vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries.
  • Conduct detailed evaluations of patients suffering from pelvic floor disorders.
  • Design and execute personalized treatment strategies.
  • Perform both surgical and non-surgical procedures, with responsibilities shared among our outpatient clinic, ambulatory surgery center, and hospital operating room.
  • Serve as a consultant to fellow physicians within the practice, enhancing care for patients with pelvic floor issues.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness in Urogynecology services.

Qualifications:

  • Board certification in General Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Board certification in Urogynecology.
  • Prior experience in a Urogynecology position is preferred.
  • Possession of an active Medical License in Maryland, Virginia, or DC is strongly preferred.
