As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. You will also be tasked with teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to our store crew members to ensure they are equipped to provide top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach, coach, and lead store crew members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Oversee daily operations of food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
  • Maximize store sales through effective inventory management, kitchen equipment maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Work closely with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction


Requirements:

* 2 years of retail management experience
* High school diploma or G.E.D. required
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
