Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate medical provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed medical provider with a strong background in addiction medicine and psychiatric care, capable of direct patient care and program support for our withdrawal management and residential treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments of patients entering withdrawal management and residential treatment programs, including physical health, psychiatric status, and substance use history.
  • Prescribe and manage medications to support withdrawal management and address co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions.
  • Monitor patients' response to medications, adjust dosages as needed, and provide education on medication adherence and potential side effects.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement policies, protocols, and treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes and safety.
Requirements
  • Current licensure with the ability to practice in Oregon.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Board certification in Addiction Medicine or Psychiatry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate interdisciplinary team members.
  • A commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care and advocating for individuals with substance use disorders.

  • This role requires providers to be on-site; Must be located in the Eugene, OR area or be willing to Commute.
  • Background Check Approval from the Department of Human Services- Initiated post-offer.
