Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SRE/Automation/DevOps Apps Support Specialist to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation, data warehousing, and financial or regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate processes to reduce technical issues, with strong skills in Python and Java.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including infrastructure scaling, manual process automation, and data quality enhancement.
  • Take ownership of tasks to maintain high-quality data, including ingestion, validation, transformation, enrichment, mapping, storage, and observability.
  • Collaborate with teams to deploy and support reliable, scalable tooling for analysis and experimentation.
  • Support data warehouse batch and drive continuous optimization and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 8+ years of relevant work experience in automation and financial or regulatory reporting.
  • Strong experience with relational and non-relational data stores.
  • Experience writing Python and Java.
  • Understanding of database performance concepts, including indices, segmentation, projections, and partitions.
  • Shell scripting experience in a Unix environment.
