Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at AT&T Hotel & Conference Center. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform foot patrols of the hotel's interior and perimeter to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to prevent incidents.
  • Respond to emergencies and threats to life and property in a calm and rational manner.
  • Monitor life safety systems, including alarm reports and checks, and report any pertinent information to the supervisor on duty.
  • Administer CPR and First Aid as needed.
  • Provide accurate information to guests and employees regarding directions and hours of operation.
  • Receive, record, and secure found property, and research and respond to guest inquiries for lost property.
  • Assist guests with door lock and in-room safe problems using electronic apparatus.
  • Escort guests and employees as required to parking lots.
Requirements
  • Active Guard Card and current CPR Certification.
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
