We are seeking a top-performing PACU Preoperative Manager to join our team at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Woodforest. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with solid knowledge of pre-operative and PACU/recovery nursing to drive high-quality patient outcomes in metro-Atlanta.

As a PACU Preoperative Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your expertise in pre-operative and recovery nursing practices will enable you to create a safe and efficient environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and quality care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital staff, physicians, vendors, and the public. You will also have a strong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and management of the surgical patient, as well as the ability to adapt to change quickly.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $$115,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.   • Current TX Nursing License required
  • CPR, ACLS, and PALS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
