We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at SSP America. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our restaurant operations by leading a team of Food Travel Experts and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a warm and friendly smile, and lead a shift to ensure all operational standards are met or exceeded.
  • Train and Develop: Train new hires on operational standards and processes, and provide support and coaching to team members to deliver business goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures, and complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
  • Customer Focus: Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, and provide support to team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
