UCHealth (Colorado) seeks a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Longmont, Colorado.
- Provide care for patients with respiratory disorders, utilizing expertise in therapy and assessment.
- Deliver and assess response to ordered therapy, monitoring patient condition and communicating effectively.
- Evaluate respiratory care policies and procedures, incorporating current research and best practices.
- Assess patient condition and deliver appropriate treatment, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Educate patients and families about their illness, providing information on community resources and support.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), with state licensure as required.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, with a good standing card.
