Job SummaryThe ICU Float Pool RN will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician. You will work collaboratively with the patient, family members, and healthcare team to individualize patient care.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing support staff
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care decisions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience in ICU nursing
- Current RN license in PA
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- NIHSS certification
