About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Kiosk Attendant to join our team at Marangaroo Golf Course in WA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and they have a great experience at the golf course.
  • To maintain the appearance and presentation of the kiosk, including replenishing condiments and supplies as needed.
  • To operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • To promote healthy food options and provide information on our product range to customers.

Requirements:

  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Approved manager's card or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
  • A clear Police Check.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but we encourage those with a friendly disposition and customer service mindset to apply.
