You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for adult and child members.
- Treatment and Intervention: Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy, as well as crisis intervention services, to members in need.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our treating physicians, psychiatric professionals, and allied health team to plan and direct each member's treatment program.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of member treatment and progress, adhering to state and NCQA regulations.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and research.
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) with Couples and Families Endorsement.
- Skills and Qualities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, and professional board standards, and a commitment to quality of service, teamwork, and participation in a multidisciplinary clinic.
- Experience: Previous post-licensure experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient or inpatient setting/program under licensed supervision.
- Skills and Qualities: Demonstrated professional maturity and ethical integrity, accuracy in diagnosing patients and developing effective treatment plans, and competence in individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
