YOUR ROLE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a memorable first impression; manage requests, food orders, and accurately process transactions.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer in accordance with established standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide timely, appropriate service.
• Deliver food and beverage orders with precision and efficiency.
• Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar, placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies as needed.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized to promote a sanitary environment.
• Prepare fruit garnishes and serve snacks or other food items as required.
• Recognize signs of intoxication and manage alcohol consumption responsibly.
• Possess knowledge of the club's history and local attractions to assist guests.
• Support fellow team members as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in a fine dining environment is preferred, particularly within exclusive clubs or resorts that value a high standard of service. A solid understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails is essential.

• Training and/or experience in bartending, with comprehensive knowledge of cocktail preparation and presentation.
• Familiarity with various liquors, their composition, and flavor profiles.
• Proficiency in mixing beverages using a wide range of ingredients.
• Ability to take and fulfill beverage orders with meticulous attention to detail.
• Focus on guest satisfaction, anticipating needs proactively.
• Commitment to adhering to all food and beverage regulations.
