Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Life Safety Extinguisher/Pre-Engineered Field Technician to join our team at Summit Fire Protection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing inspections and service on a variety of fire protection equipment, including portable fire extinguishers, kitchen fire suppression systems, and emergency lighting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and service fire protection equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Seek out additional sales and service opportunities within existing customer locations
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and maintain customer retention

Requirements:

  • Mechanical ability and basic hand tool knowledge
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs+, safely use ladders, work overhead, and work in tight spaces
  • Work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Organizational skills are essential for success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly is a must
