Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions and vital signs promptly.
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient responses, conditions, and physician directives.
- Review and interpret diagnostic tests to inform patient care strategies.
- Engage with healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and assess patient care plans.
- Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments, ensuring their comfort and understanding.
- Consider the patient's age and cultural background in treatment approaches and provide necessary information regarding care plans.
- Foster a supportive environment by offering psychological assistance to patients and their families.
- Administer medications and perform patient tests safely, adhering to established protocols.

Qualifications:
Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required; a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. RNs with an Associate's degree (ASN) must complete their BSN within two years of hire.
Licensure and Certification:
Current Registered Nurse License; BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Experience:
A minimum of two years of nursing experience is preferred.
