CommonSpirit Health is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Richard Young Behavioral Health facility. As a Program Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to help patients achieve defined treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with the care team, other agencies, and significant others to meet the needs of patients.
  • Respond to crisis situations and provide crisis intervention to patients in assigned programs.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work.
  • Active license in the state of practice (NE: PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP).
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
