Join Ochsner Health as a Rheumatology Physician Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rheumatology Physician Leader to join our team at Ochsner Health. As a leader in the field of rheumatology, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, advancing the science of inflammatory and immunology diseases, and educating new physicians on these diseases and their treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care to a culturally and socially diverse population of patients
- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows
- Further the rheumatology clinical research program
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
Requirements:
- MD, MD/PhD, DO, or international equivalent terminal degree
- Eligible for medical licensure and clinical practice in the state of Louisiana
- Proven record of administrative and academic leadership abilities, as well as a demonstrated commitment to education, mentoring, and clinical research
