Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC Project Coordinator to join our team at Green Air, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion, and providing administrative support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities, including tracking submittals, entering project information into software applications, and reviewing project specifications.
  • Manage project schedules, including tracking progress, material tracking, and documentation.
  • Assist with preconstruction, construction, and post-construction activities, including shop-out materials, rental equipment management, and closeout documents.
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent/Associate degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Procore knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use independent judgment.
