Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients with complex wounds.
- Utilize advanced techniques and technologies, including bioengineered skin and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, to enhance healing.
- Manage and treat a diverse range of wounds, including acute, surgical, traumatic, and chronic conditions.
- Implement preventative measures to reduce the risk of skin breakdown and ulcer development.
- Educate patients and their support systems on effective wound care practices and prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Must possess an active medical license.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in relevant specialty.
- Demonstrated experience in performing basic sharp wound debridement.
- Current NPDB report required.
This position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on both inpatient and outpatient care settings. The physician will engage with a diverse patient population, ensuring high-quality wound management and treatment.
