Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Welcome customers as they arrive and assist them with inquiries. Help customers find products and address any concerns that may arise.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle payments in various forms, including cash, checks, and credit or debit cards. Ensure precision in transactions by reconciling the cash register at the start and conclusion of your shift. Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in kitchen duties, including food preparation and pizza making.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers, calculators, and scanners.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and refunds.
  • Familiarity with the company's products, services, and customer policies.
