This role is responsible for preparing and serving meals and snacks daily following USDA-approved menus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing USDA paperwork daily, ordering groceries and supplies, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment according to Health Department Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals and snacks daily following USDA-approved menus.
Complete USDA paperwork daily.
Order groceries and supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment according to Health Department Guidelines.
Requirements:
This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Working Conditions:
This role will be working in a kitchen environment with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and physical activity. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
