We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Railcar Inspector/Prep to join our team at Road & Rail Services. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for performing essential cleaning and inspection functions to prepare railcars for transport.

• Comply with all industry, customer, and company safety regulations and operating procedures
• Inspect and assist in opening and closing railcar end doors
• Inspect railcars for damage/fatigue and identify repairs that can be performed by Road & Rail Services
• Remove all debris and other contaminants using backpack blowers and various scraping devices
• Maintain accountability and maintenance for all assigned equipment
• Perform housekeeping duties as required by Management

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Safety-first mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to meet attendance requirements
• Teamwork, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Valid state driver's license
