About the Practice:
This is one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest, providing exceptional healthcare services. The role involves spending 2 days in the clinic with an average patient load of 10-20 patients per day, alongside 2 days in the operating room performing an average of 2-4 surgical cases daily. The call schedule is currently 1:3, with plans to improve this ratio.
Facilities and Collaboration:
The clinic boasts a robust robotic surgery program utilizing the da Vinci Xi system. The Women’s Center features specialists in Surgical Oncology, Breast Surgery, Ob/Gyn, and Uro/Gyn. Additionally, there are state-of-the-art radiation facilities, and a close partnership with Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology ensures the latest advancements in cancer care, including High-Dose Rate (HDR) brachytherapy.
Comprehensive Care:
Patients receive coordinated and comprehensive care throughout the clinic and affiliated hospitals. The clinic has a large referral base, comprising over 270 multi-specialty physicians and providers, in addition to an extensive external referral network.
