Youth Soccer Coach

We are seeking an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach to lead our children in engaging and educational activities, ensuring a safe environment for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children and enjoys working with them. This position is suitable for individuals interested in early childhood education or child development.

The successful candidate will use individual attention to ensure every child achieves success, adopt a non-competitive approach to create a stress-free environment, and utilize positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate their successes.

A typical class day consists of 9am-12pm or 2pm-6pm sessions, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekend sessions from 9:00am-12:00pm. We require coaches who can commit to some of these time slots.

To be considered, candidates should possess:

• Reliable transportation
• Local residence within the Morris County area (preferably)
• Early childhood experience (preferably)
• Soccer coaching experience (a plus but not mandatory)
