Position Overview

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Assured & Associates, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting residents with daily living activities, including mobility, personal hygiene, and nutrition.
  • Measuring and documenting vital signs and weight as directed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitoring and recording temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
  • Delivering care as outlined in individual care plans.
  • Observing residents and communicating any changes in their condition or behavior to the nursing team.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • State Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • First Aid Certification.
  • Recent TB Test Results.
  • Preferred experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
