About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing cash and inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

This is a part-time, variable hour position that requires flexibility and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role, be familiar with Subway products and procedures, and possess a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and motivate crew members to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Cash and Inventory Management: Accurately handle cash transactions, manage inventory levels, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with management, crew members, and customers to ensure seamless store operations.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
