QA/QC Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Manager to lead our quality control efforts in the construction and operation of data centers.

As a QA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the QA/QC program for our data center projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and protocols to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure that QA/QC procedures are understood and followed at all stages of the project.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management, identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
  • Train and guide team members on QA/QC procedures and best practices.
  • Continually review and update QA/QC procedures and practices to reflect changes in the industry and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA/QC managerial role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing QA/QC for data center construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality control principles.
  • Proficient in using QA/QC software and tools.
  • Professional certifications in Quality Management or a related field would be an advantage.
