Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pet Groomer to join our team at Wag N' Wash Highlands Ranch. As a key member of our grooming team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and attention to our furry clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally groom all breeds of dogs, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the process.
  • Provide nail trims, dental care, and ear cleaning, as well as assess and address any skin or coat issues.
  • Ensure that all pets in your care receive a groom that meets or exceeds the client's request, without compromising their physical or emotional health.
  • Obtain client information and rabies documentation, and enter it into our database.
  • Communicate with the manager/owner regarding any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, and coordinate with the Front of House Staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in pet grooming, with a focus on all breeds and temperaments.
  • Exemplary work ethic, with a positive and self-motivated mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with other team members when necessary.
  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to stand and bend for extended periods, and move/lift animals and merchandise over 50 pounds.
