Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Exterior Maintenance Specialist. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide training.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning windows and gutters
- Utilizing a gas-powered pressure washer
- Installing holiday lighting during the festive season.


Competitive compensation of up to $27 per hour is available.

About the Role:
Join a family-owned business with a legacy of excellence in window cleaning spanning three generations. We value our employees and treat them like family.

During the months of October, November, and December, you will have the opportunity to assist with holiday light installations.

We welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including power washing, roofing, landscaping, and general labor.


Typical Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM, depending on your efficiency. Weekend work is occasionally available on a voluntary basis.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Positive and fun attitude
  • Reliable transportation
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Proficient in English
  • Direct deposit for paychecks

  • Able to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and driving
