Key Responsibilities
  • Mount and dismount automotive tires with precision and efficiency
  • Install new wheels and ensure proper balancing
  • Repair, rotate, and inflate tires to optimal levels
  • Perform oil changes and other maintenance tasks
  • Calibrate TPMS systems for accurate readings
  • Manage inventory and participate in training programs
  • Test and install batteries for optimal performance
  • Conduct test drives to ensure vehicles are road-ready
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Capacity to learn new concepts and use technical materials
  • Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Willingness to work with hazardous materials and in outdoor weather conditions
  • Compliance with Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) regulations
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to nine hours per shift
  • Ability to move and lift up to 75 pounds
