Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Baltimore, MD. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes, working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Developing and implementing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote clients' health and independence.
  • Educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to support their recovery.
  • Accurately documenting client care management and services provided.

Qualifications include:

  • A current MD Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
