Role Overview:

In this position, you will utilize your experience and skills to lead a team of paralegals, case managers,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control litigation processes by drafting necessary documents and strategic planning
  • Prepare cases for trial, including discovery and trial documentation
  • Provide dedicated legal representation to clients who have experienced injuries
  • Advocate for clients' rights throughout the legal process, aiming for maximum compensation
  • Educate clients on their legal rights and potential outcomes
  • Stay informed on developments in personal injury law, including statutes and regulations
  • Conduct thorough legal research to assess case strengths and anticipate issues
