Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Communication: Answer guest questions accurately and in a friendly manner, providing information about food, beverages, and our facility.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with food and beverage staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Sanitation and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Develop and maintain knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information, as well as increasing knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months experience required, with facility/industry experience preferred
  • Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of catering services and terminology, strong guest service skills, ability to work well with others, and receive and carry out instructions in a timely manner
  • Qualifications: TABC preferred but not required, ability to work long and irregular hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with some travel as needed
