The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Member Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering top-notch customer service. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a warm and welcoming environment that sets us apart from the rest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use our proprietary C-I-CARE framework to deliver exceptional patient interactions and ensure a positive in-office experience.
  • Manage patient intake, same-day scheduling, and follow-up appointments with precision and care.
  • Provide expert knowledge of billing and insurance to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Monitor patient feedback and assist with outreach as needed.
  • Contribute to team development through rounding, team huddles, and problem-solving.
  • Maintain our technology suite, including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System, 1Life.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, daily office upkeep, and maintain the look and feel of patient and employee-facing spaces.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working on collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven teams.
  • A proven track record of persisting through change and adapting to new situations.
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously.
