Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine equipment maintenance, cleaning, and inspection to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to maximize efficiency while maintaining product quality and minimizing waste.
  • Operate forklifts and supply packaging, filler room, and blending room with necessary materials.
  • Stock equipment with packaging materials and maintain accurate records as required by federal and state regulations.
  • Operate SAP to print and apply pallet tickets and perform flavor changes for palletizer functions.
  • Communicate with other shifts regarding current activities and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly working environment.
  • Participate in equipment maintenance and identify higher-level mechanical issues for coordination with maintenance teams.
About You
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Twelve months or more of relevant experience necessary.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Process (GMP's) and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow simple instructions and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 55 pounds repetitively.
