Job Summary:
Rochester Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Cart Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Document resident care services and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
