We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Optician to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a Licensed Optician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional eye care services to our customers and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide accurate and timely eye care services to customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
- Optical Expertise: Conduct eye exams, dispense glasses and contact lenses, and provide guidance on eye care and vision correction options.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with optometrists, opticians, and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of eye care services.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest eye care products and technologies, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
- Business Acumen: Contribute to the growth and success of our business by identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; licensed as required by state.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service; basic computer skills and selling skills required.
- Skills: Driver for Results, Self-Motivated, Critical Thinking, Accountability, Accuracy in measurements.
