Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for performing complex mechanical and electrical assembly tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Assembly and Troubleshooting: Assemble complex electrical and mechanical systems, perform functional testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality products.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Production Scheduling: Organize and complete tasks on-time to meet production schedule requirements.
- Material Handling: Handle material and prepare products for delivery.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain housekeeping, safety, and user maintenance of all equipment.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record time and material data for production reporting.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Associate Degree is a plus).
- Experience: 3-5 years' experience in complex electrical and mechanical assembly positions.
- Skills: Good communication and organization skills, positive attitude, and ability to work overtime as needed.
- Physical Demands: Must be physically able to perform all aspects of the job and be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs multiple times daily.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to navigate Windows systems required.
