Dishwashing Professional

The Pizza Press Anaheim is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dishwashing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishwashing area.

This role requires someone with a strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

You will be responsible for operating industrial dishwashing equipment, ensuring all kitchenware meets sanitation and quality standards, and handling and storing all dishes and utensils properly. You will also assist kitchen staff with food prep and cleaning tasks as needed and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
• Ensure all kitchenware meets sanitation and quality standards before use
• Handle and store all dishes and utensils properly, adhering to safety and hygiene guidelines
• Assist kitchen staff with food prep and cleaning tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dishwashing area and surrounding areas

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
