About the Role

This Front Desk Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team at Georgia Mountain Young. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Your primary focus will be on delivering a seamless experience, from check-in to check-out. This includes processing transactions, answering questions, and addressing any concerns that may arise.

Requirements:
  1. CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (required within 30 days of hire).
  2. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  3. Able to lift up to 10 pounds and move around the work environment.
