What You Will Do

As an IT intern at Clarios, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects throughout the summer, depending on the department you join. You will be responsible for executing on challenging deliverables that will have a long-term impact on the company. Our program includes social events, volunteerism events, informational interviews, and time with executives, providing you with a well-rounded experience.

How You Will Do It

We expect our interns to be hybrid workers, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days a week, depending on the department and manager. You will be responsible for learning the ropes of a corporate environment, including living in Teams and Outlook. You will also be expected to participate in informational interviewing, networking, and other activities that enhance and elevate the work experience.

What We Look For
  • We are looking for students who have completed their Junior year of college, although Sophomores are also welcome to apply.
  • Pursuit of one of the following majors from a 4-year college: Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, IT, Computer Science, Data Science, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Prior leadership experience at work, internships, or extracurricular activities.
  • Strong analytical ability to solve problems and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams with minimum guidance.
