Job Overview

Liberty Plumbing and HVAC is seeking a highly skilled Master Plumber Lead to oversee various plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the plumbing industry and preferably some leadership experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing plumbing projects, coordinating team members, and ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior plumbers, apprentices, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed.
  • Skilled Plumbing Work: Perform skilled plumbing work, including installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid plumbing license in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed plumber, with a focus on residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, including supervising, training, and mentoring team members.
