We are seeking a passionate licensed clinical senior therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at The Dorm LCSW PLLC. This experienced clinician will provide individual therapy, group therapy, and coaching to young adults, while contributing to additional programmatic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of related experience in a clinical setting with adolescents or young adults. They will work closely with our research team, support our student scholarship program, and participate in ongoing clinical trainings and DEIB initiatives.

As a full-time employee, our clinicians are invited to participate in The Dorm Clinic, our in-house group practice, which provides clients and families continued individual psychotherapy. They will be compensated at a rate of $125/hr in addition to their full-time salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides individual, group, and family therapy for clients and family members, as applicable.
  • Provides life-skills coaching off-site in the community and in clients' apartments as clinically indicated.
  • Conducts Bio-Psycho-Social Assessments and comprehensive intakes of all prospective clients.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date charts that are in compliance with the expectations and standards outlined in The Dorm's Policy and Procedure manual.
  • Participates in weekly supervision with Clinical Director, tri-weekly group supervision, and co-facilitator supervision as indicated by direct supervisor.
  • Responsible for at least 25 hours of clinical work per week.
  • Provides clinical individual supervision to student interns and consulting staff as called upon by the Clinical Director.
  • Provides 'co-facilitator' training as called upon by Clinical Director.
  • Participates in On-Call weekly coverage system on a rotating basis up to four times per year.
  • Work up to 2 evenings per week.
  • Able to work weekend programming on a rotational basis.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related program in psychology required.
  • State licensure in social work or counseling required.
  • At least 3-5 years of related experience in a clinical setting with adolescents or young adults.
