We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a PACU RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the PACU setting, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients recovering from surgery.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in PACU care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
