We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Supervisor to lead our team of therapists in delivering exceptional mental health services. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to share expertise and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive training programs for therapists, fostering a culture of excellence in mental health services
  • Effectively communicate regulatory requirements and organizational policies to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Work collaboratively with therapists to address complex cases, providing insightful guidance and recommendations
  • Evaluate case records for thoroughness, consistency, and quality of care provided
  • Cultivate clinical development among assigned therapists, addressing challenges and promoting best practices
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Human Services from an accredited university
  • Licensed therapist (LMFT-S, LPC-S, LIMSW, LISW-CP, or Psy.D.)
  • Ability to pass a Level II background check
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and state minimum insurance coverage
  • Bilingualism a plus, but not necessary
Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
