Key Responsibilities:
Pest Management: Conduct thorough inspections to identify the source of pest activity. Develop and implement effective solutions using a range of products and services to eliminate pest issues. Execute pest treatments and install preventative measures to ensure a pest-free environment. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment efficiently.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to pest problems, recommending appropriate services to address their concerns. Inform customers about additional services that could enhance their experience.
Ongoing Education: Gain comprehensive knowledge of the various products and services offered by The Hitmen Termite & Pest Control through paid training programs. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the pest control industry. Participate in training sessions on new methods and products to enhance your expertise in pest management. Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as required by local, state, and federal regulations, with costs covered by the company.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, with potential weekend shifts as needed.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Previous customer-facing experience is preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and become proficient in pest control techniques.
Ability to work independently after a training period.
