Neogen Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in the patient's home under the supervision of a physician.
Responsibilities:- Follow start of care plans and provide treatment as ordered by the physician.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessment and physician orders.
- Submit regular patient care progress reports to attending physician and clinical staff.
- Discharge patients after consultation with the physician and clinical manager.
- Provide nursing care and written care plans.
- Participate in and monitor patient and family care compliance activities.
- Manage and coordinate the plan of care.
- Complete clinical and medical documentation on all patients.
- Minimum of Associate degree (or higher) in Nursing.
- Current and unrestricted California Registered Nurse license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an institutional setting.
- Experience in wound care, patient teaching, medication management, lab draws, and IV infusion a plus.
- Guaranteed base salary plus competitive per visit rates and performance incentives.
- Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for full-time employees.
- Benefits package including paid vacation days, paid holidays, sick leave, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and 401k.
